Terms of service

These terms cover your use of shop.dirtcreature.com and any purchase you make here. Dirt Creature is a DBA of Things Align Design LLC ("Dirt Creature," "I," "me"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Handmade pieces: Everything here is made by hand. Color, glaze, texture, size and shape will vary, even within a series. Those differences are part of how the work is made and are not defects.

Photos: Product photos show the actual piece or a representative example. Colors can look different depending on your screen and the lighting. Measurements are approximate.

Daily Rituals care: Daily Rituals cups and mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand-washing will keep them looking their best. Sculptural and mixed-media pieces are not meant for food or drink unless the listing says they are.

Orders and pricing: Prices are in US dollars. I may correct pricing or listing errors, and I may cancel an order if a piece turns out to be unavailable or was listed by mistake. If I do, I'll refund you in full.

Artwork and images: All designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Dirt Creature. Buying a piece gives you the physical object, not the right to reproduce the design or images for commercial use.

Liability: To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes: I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies.
