Shipping policy

Where I ship: I ship within the US only, and shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes: I live and work rurally in the desert, an hour's round trip from the post office, so orders usually go out once or twice a week. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Packing: I pack every piece myself. Most are double-boxed or crated.

Carrier and insurance: Most orders ship UPS, and you'll get a tracking number by email when yours ships. Larger orders are insured.

Damage in transit: See my Refund & Returns Policy. You have 7 days from delivery to email me a video.

Lost packages: Lost packages are handled through UPS's claims process, and I'll work with you and UPS to sort it out.

Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address. I can't change it once an order has shipped, and if a package is returned because the address was wrong, reshipping is at your cost.
